There was a melted plastic burn mark on the carpet in one of the rooms, possibly from a fire? Tiles were coming up in the bathroom floor, and the grout was dirty. Check in was challenging because they hadn't received my details from Expedia, and I had to complete an online form on my phone in order for my keys to be dispensed. Also the location of the key pick up was about 300metres from the actual building I was staying in. This was confusing and frustrating after a long flight.

Comfortable stay with 3 couples with enough beds for everyone. Easy access and excellent customer service. Will definitely stay agin and recommend to others of a great place to stay. Room for improvement darker blinds in lounge especially if guests are sleeping in there, central aircon or split systems in bedrooms (Darwin people can only sleep with aircon or fans 😊)

We stayed in Room 404 which was really basic. It is just a concrete & steel box with no interesting decor or style at all. It would benefit from a bit of love from the owner. I would not stay here again.

Good location close to the trams, makes it easy to access transportation! Apartment was overall clean, although did smell of cigarettes. Gym and pool are beautiful. Staff was very helpful!! We had to check in after 1 AM and were sent the wrong access information, but they answered the phones and got it sorted right away. Would definitely stay again!!

I marked this as excellent rather than good as I was impressed with how Adele apartments promptly managed to fix some of the things that might have meant I have it a lower score. For instance, the pre-checkin link looked like a scam (and asks for passport and credit card details)! but they resolved this through working with Expedia to give us confidence that it was legitimate. Secondly, when asked about my checkin experience, I mentioned the bedrooms was hot a the pull out bed had a thin mattress. We came back to some fans in each room and a new sturdy bed and mattress in replace of the pull out. Super quick and thoughtful service! The apartment is a great location and well equipped tor our family long weekend.

There could have been more utensiles and other materials. We were living in the apartment for 3 days so could have done with a colander, pepper and salt, more tea and coffee, more toilet paper, a tin opener. Just some of the little things. The view and location were awesome.
