Your feedback is important to us. The heater in the second room is in perfect working order and we assume you mean by broken that it had come loose from the wall a couple of centimetres on the left hand side. Its now screwed back in flush. The bathroom sliding door will come off its bottom rail if it is pushed as opposed to sliding open. To avoid this happening again we now have a sign instructing guests to be gentle and to slide the door open. The two repairs have been seen to and everything else is in perfect working order.

Glad you had some relaxation time and used the apartment and explored our amazing beaches and local area. We've had the couches steam cleaned and now they look brand new and are still as comfortable as ever to relax in.
