Non-compliance with this regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges for any necessary damage or extra cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in advance!

Lost keys will result in a fine of $300.

Guests may pick up the item by schedule or request shipping at their own expense. We are not responsible for items once handed over to a courier.
