This cozy and stylish retreat is perfect for families looking to enjoy a relaxed beach holiday. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, and all the comforts you need for a stress-free stay.'

YOUR PROPERTY
Sleeping up to 6 guests, Casa Sorrentina offers the perfect blend of luxury and family-friendly amenities. The main bedroom features a private ensuite, full linen, and block-out blinds for restful nights, while the other bedrooms ensure everyone has a cozy space to unwind. Extra blankets are provided for cooler evenings.

The open-plan living areas are ideal for spending quality time together, whether coyou'reup family favourites in the fully equipped kitchen (with everything from a coffee machine to a toaster and dishwasher) or enjoying meals in one of the two dining spaces. After a day at the beach, gather around the indoor fireplace for movie nights on the Smart TV with Netflix, or enjoy a selection of DVDs, books, and games for family fun.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed.

Pets are welcome but must be cleaned up during/ after the stay.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
