The room was extremely clean, amenities were perfect and might I add the buffet breakfast was amazing!! The only downfall was that we got a balcony room and the view from our window was back alley ways and not very appealing at all. Also there was not even a chair on the balcony to have my morning coffee on it.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hyatt Centric Melbourne. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuine. The rooms are stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully designed — with incredible views of the city and river. The location is unbeatable — an easy walk to Southbank, the laneways, and great shopping. The overall experience is great. Minutes walk away from Southern Cross station with great cafes nearby. Easy walk to CBD and trams. The facilities are good, pool is heated. Room is clean and bathroom has a lot of storage. Fridge is actually cold. Only disappointment is that the coffee machine is broken (id expect all the amenities to work with the reputation and price of the hyatt centric hotels).
