Our home has been designed and renovated to an exacting standard by an architect for his family. Only 8km from the city, with great transport options to the Entertainment and Shopping precincts, this luxury, architectural home (5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, pool).Spacious 400m2 two-storey luxury house is set amidst a tree-lined green street.It is ideally for you to enjoy everything Melbourne has to offer.
Spacious living room and glass floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the beautiful backyard scenery.The kitchen is equipped with all the appointments you would expect - and complemented a pantry and laundry. On the ground floor is the master suite, with ensuite (complete with bath) and WIR, guest bedroom, famliybathroom and study. Upstairs is a second living space connecting to three queen bedrooms and a shared full bathroom.

Beautiful mansion within 15 mins from city
This is a beautiful house, with so many thoughtful touches, very comfy, spotlessly clean and welcoming, one of the reasons for our memorable experience at Melbourne. The house was located only 15 minutes away from the city. Easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. Quiet location.
The standard of everything was excellent with no compromise on the quality. A lots of extras were included, everything that our group needed during our stay. We were able to contact the host for any issue and any questions asked were immediately answered to.
The only suggestion would be for a heated pool.
We highly recommend this place to make your stay at Melbourne unforgettable. We got spoilt a lot – thank you!!
