Minut sensors have been installed in all our apartments. These have no cameras or listening devices, but they will alert us to noise, cigarette and vape smoke, and guests outstaying there check out time without prior arrangement.

Sort waste appropriately for collection (we will provide the schedule). Secure all windows and doors, switch off lights, and return keys. A fee may be charged for lost keys or lockout, or if the property is left unsecured. Please leave the property in a tidy state. Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost items or belongings left behind. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left untidy.
4) For alterations like shortening your stay, early check-ins, or late check-outs, please request prior to your arrival. Please note, these may be limited during peak periods. Shortening your stay may result in only partial refunds, and rebooking during busy periods might incur additional charges.
5) Damages, Breakages and Losses All damage or breakage must be reported to us immediately. Removing or relocating property contents without approval is not permitted. Non-compliance may result in a damage fee.
