Northway Downs Estate is a stunning vineyard located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Each private hotel style room is situated within the charming Austrian style farmhouse, complete with a spa ensuite, bar fridge, and tea & coffee facilities. The homestead features a large kitchen, indoor and outdoor living and dining options, and spectacular views across the vineyards. Explore the picturesque property trails, enjoy a picnic by the wetlands, or play some pool or tennis on the private court. Surrounded by world class wineries and golf courses, and just a short drive to the Mornington Peninsula’s spectacular coastline.

The kitchen and living room.

Spacious, fully equipped Austrian country style kitchen, adjoining the cosy living and dining spaces, while smoothly transitioning to the sprawling alfresco style deck. Cosy up by the Coonara fire in the main lounge room (wood supplied) and select from both indoor and outdoor dining choices.

The bedroom and bathroom.

Private hotel style bedrooms, featuring 2 x queen beds, one double bed, and 2 x single beds with electric blankets, electric heating, spa ensuites, and private balcony access. There is a bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and a TV with free to air channels.

Outside.

Northway Downs Estate is a family-owned vineyard, established in 1996, specialising in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and more recently, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. The gorgeous farmhouse is perfect for a romantic getaway, a private retreat, or a wedding party preparation with a spectacular photographic backdrop. Guests are welcome to explore the vineyard trails (the vines are out of bounds), picnic by the beautiful wetlands, or stroll through the adjoining Christmas tree farm. Guests are welcome to use the tennis court (Byo rackets). There is ample guest parking available.

Please note that due to wetlands and external electric fences, the property is not suitable for children.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
