The room was clean ice maker didn't work in the room.also one elevator was out of order the whole stay, very inconvenient. Our first room the AC was broken Shana at the front desk immediately moved us to a new room. Then check to make sure all was well.After we came back from supper she gave us a bag of ice. She was so professional and nice. She deserves commendations.

Love the full kitchen, complete with a full size fridge, sink, electric cooktop, dishwasher, and cabinets with plates, bowls, silverware, pots, and pans; the kitchen even had dishwashing liquid and sponge, as well as a dishwasher pod. For the price, this suite is a fantastic value!

Turned ac off, make sure you lock it!

The only negative review is that the a/c had a wireless control and the lobby person turned the ac off while we were sleeping. Not cool!
