We did not stay at this property. When we arrived, it appeared to be an abandoned and severely run-down apartment complex. Individuals who appeared to be unhoused were lingering around the property, and there was no clear entrance or reception area. Hand-painted signs directed guests to a side door, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. I did not feel comfortable exiting my vehicle due to safety concerns and the risk of theft or damage to our car. This was an immediate decision to leave.

Place is affordable however when we got in our room and pulled the bed linen back there was a dead roach laying on our bed. Start could have been a little more shocked and nicer about the situation. They put us in another room and I never seen anything creeping around in the next room or anywhere in the hotel. Needs some structure maintenance but I guess if you NEED a place to stay after a12 hour late arrival it’s good. Oh and the shuttle only ruins from 10am-5pm.

Room was clean and everything looked new. They’re still renovating but somehow they were able to keep the rooms clean from dust, I have a very sensitive nose towards that. It’s a good affordable place, works well for what I need.

Room was fine but outdated rugs and the cooling heating units are loud when they constantly go on and off. The REAL PROBLEM IS THAT yall post some fake pictures or old ones or Azi fixed up ones. That unfair and not real depictions of the state of where you are staying SHOULD BE ILLLEGAL IT US IN REAL ESTATE so expedia BIG SHAME IN YOU. I know what i get when i pay lowest price. However honesty should be oart if Exoedias practice. AND BE CAREFUL WHEN SEARCHING THEIR ARE MANY PLACES CALLED SUBURBAN STUDIO AND YOU CAN TYPE IN WHAT YOU WANT BUT CAN BE MISDIRECTED TO DIFFERENT HOTEL. IF YOU BOOK THERE ZND DONT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN AND EMAIL EXPEDIA 14 MINUTES LATER THE ROBOT DOES NOT CARE NOR DO THE PEOPLE. SAD BUT TRUE.

When I booked the room it was not mentioned that the property was under major construction. There were only a few rooms available which were near the construction. The building was very hot inside and smelled moldy and musky. The front desk agent had a bad attitude

The airport shuttle was very convenient and the hotel was walking distance to some shopping. I felt very safe walking around town by myself! Very nice accommodations and the front staff was very helpful!

Older building with nice room renovations

Within walking distance of MLB airport, I booked 2 nights while visiting the area. The room was very clean with great furnishings, and had a very light "clean" scent. Both the bed and the desk chair were very comfortable, and the bathroom was small but new and functional. My initial impression was an old building with old carpet -- but the carpet looked new, it just had that musty/dank smell like it needed a carpet cleaning. Check-in was a bit more problematic. The attendant did not seem knowledgeable/comfortable with their job yet. Multiple problems getting my credit card charged the $100 deposit. And then the next day I was stuck outside in a rainstorm because my key didn't work. Turned-out at check-in the lady validated the room card for 1 day, not the 2 that I paid for. I would definitely stay there again.
