CASA IDA residence GIRASOLE

In the beautiful marina of Torre dell'Orso BANDIERA BLU and 5 VELE, we rent a holiday house in the "IL GIRASOLE" residence. Quiet environment ideal for couples and families. The villa with 5 beds (+ 2) is located on the ground floor in a complex of terraced houses full of greenery and open spaces, just 5 minutes walk from the sea or to reach several supermarkets and points of interest in the Town center.
The beautiful Lecce, city of art of Italy and known as "the Florence of the South, is 20 minutes away by car as is Otranto. The house consists of a living room (with two 1 and a half sofa beds), 1 small kitchen equipped with everything you need (pots - plates - glasses - tools), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a complete double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds (+1 removable if necessary), rear garden with covered shower and equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs and large sun umbrella + front garden also equipped
Air-conditioned environment. All doors and windows are fitted with mosquito nets and shutters.
Utilities included: electricity - Water - Gas and final cleaning.
The stays include bookings from Saturday to Saturday, with admission from 13:30 to 15:30 and exits from 7:30 to 8:30
