Sea Villa

I am renting a small 65-square-meter villa consisting of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two outdoor areas—one in front of the house and the other behind it; the one at the back features an outdoor shower. It is located in the tourist town of Torre Saracena, in a residence situated in the Torre dell’Orso marina within the municipality of Melendugno.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a sleeper chair; the other has a double sleeper sofa.
The kitchen, equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and hob, is fully stocked for six people.
The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine.
The house is furnished with new furniture and features all the comforts, such as mosquito screens, a TV, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a clothes rack, ceiling fans, a microwave, a coffee maker,
a barbecue, two bicycles, etc.
The property is completely self-contained and is located about 200 metres from a bar, tobacco shop, and supermarket; 900 metres from the sea; 1,500 metres from Torre dell’Orso and Sant’Andrea; 5 minutes from the Alimini Lakes; 10 minutes from Otranto, and 15 minutes from Lecce.
A shuttle service, operated by the municipality, runs to nearby beaches.
Stays are limited to a maximum of 90 days, running from Saturday to Saturday; check-in is at 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Pets are welcome, and bath and bed linens are provided for 5 people.
Rates are weekly and vary depending on the period from May through September.
