Great location, outstanding views, very clean

I had a great stay! The rooms are a little dated and it's not handicap accessible (at least not through main entrance). Everything was very, very clean, though, and comfortable and the views if you're facing the old town are ASTOUNDING. And some common spaces have an amazing retro vibe. For those with allergies/chemical sensitivities, my first room did have a sewage smell but they moved me and it was not a problem at all in the second but FYI.

Reasonable and well priced

Hotel was ideal for a few nights, close to the old town sites and to the new Town shops. Only downside for us was that the restaurant didn't open until 8.30 at night which we found a little late.

We liked everything. The bartender in particular was well informed and discussed life/politics in Melilla at length. The staff at the front desk happily answered any questions. Maids were most obliging. We were happy to have a porch, and meals were delightful and nutritious.
