No matter what time of year you visit us, a holiday here means rest, peace, and relaxation.

Situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town, in the heart of the romantic Schwarzatal Valley, a spacious holiday apartment with approximately 80 m² of living space awaits you, accommodating up to 4 people.

The valley station of the Oberweißbacher Bergbahn and many beautiful, well-marked hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. A station on the Schwarzatalbahn is also within walking distance. So even your car can take a break. You also have the option of travelling directly by train via Rottenbach.
If you’re travelling by car, a parking space with a charging station is available at the house. Motorcycles can be parked in the garage.

The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor of our house. Thanks to the slight slope of the property, you’ll still enjoy sweeping views of a large cattle pasture and horse paddock, the Schwarza River, and the mountain panorama directly behind it.

If you don’t feel like cooking, the restaurant at the valley station is just a 5-minute walk away. There’s also a café there where you can relax.

Every Tuesday and Thursday, you can pick up your bread rolls and other baked goods right outside your door from the mobile bakery.

In our two identical bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, blackout curtains, and closets (one of which has an additional sink), you’ll find plenty of space and room to spread out.

In the dining room, a large table is available for meals and cosy get-togethers. During the winter months, you can bring additional, cosy warmth into the room with the wood-burning stove.

The spacious sofa in the living room—which can be separated by sliding glass doors—offers plenty of room for 4 people. Listen to the radio, play a CD or cassette, or watch TV—the choice is yours.

The bright sunroom is the ideal place to relax or read a book.

The large garden, featuring several seating areas and a barbecue, is available exclusively for your use.

In the basement of the house, you can pass the time during bad weather by playing foosball and darts.

You can store your bicycles or winter sports equipment in the garage.

A washing machine with a built-in dryer is available free of charge in the basement for your laundry.
