The room itself was nice, however the staff fall below standards for customer service & basic sanitation training. While eating breakfast at "The Den", I observed a staff member with black gloves on eating behind the bar while working. She continued to scratch her face with the gloves on and touch the buffet handles to open each dish holder with those same gloves. Then proceeded to use those same gloves to physically grab piles of food and push the food forward in the buffet trays. So many germs from several people were transferred directly onto the food because of her using those same gloves for everything. The lack of sanitation was shocking so I never ate there again. Another worker at "The Den" sat behind the bar & played on his phone the whole time. I said hi to him and his response was a mutter. Room cleaner said she would be back to clean the room since I was still changing and in the process of stepping out for the day, but she never came back to clean. Booked a two night stay through Expedia. I am a Platinum Expedia VIP. They charged me for parking even though I reminded them that I get the self-parking perk for free upon check-in. I had to call them later for a refund. No room upgrade VIP perk. I have stayed at several 5-star hotels. This hotel belongs nowhere near that category. I love Bass Pro and I think the room itself is cozy, but for the high amount I paid, the lack of service and sanitation was unacceptable.

We liked that it felt like a cabin, but set within a modern facility. It was quite dark, though, and I wasn't sure of the colors of items if I were to purchase them. There was quite a bit of noise in the hallway (on the 3rd floor) between 9 and midnight. We weren't sure if it was employees restocking or people coming in late. Overall we would recommend the facility.

Great hotel! Very poor check in service. Staff in the bars are great however they tried to charge my card again for the stay.. They also tried to charge me for parking. Not one apology. We did not let this ruin our stay but be prepared at check in and check everything before entering your pin/signing

Receptionist was not friendly. Arrived 7 minutes before check in and she said we could go have a seat for 7 minutes or we would be charged $50 for an early check in. We paid and went straight to the room. It was ready. Not friendly or a great first impression. Beds were not comfortable. Will not be back. 😞
