Awesome from check in to check out . Upscale rooms and suites and a lot to do . Allows pets and everyone is very professional and nice . It is in the pyramid of bass pro Memphis Tennessee. Many restaurants and piano bar and observation deck and 20 story elevator ride to rooftop laugh out loud . Outside patios and bowling and ao many other activities to do . Rooms are outstanding and big with a balcony to see the inside of bass pro shops .

Just do it

It was absolutely fantastic. You could entertain yourself for a weekend without ever leaving the hotel. The rooms were great, clean, bathrooms definitely gave you the feeling of luxury. I can’t recommend it enough.

This property is in a renovation stage . Owned by a tech company with a virtual non human check in and check out . We did not stay my wife did not like it . She was concerned about fire alarms if they worked and we could not get a for sure answer . The door strike lock had different screws in it . For being a 4 star hotel , it did not meet our needs and we looked at room and asked a couple questions and left . There is only a mini fridge in the room . We only went there as a last resort because every other upscale hotel was over booked .

I love how close to everything it is. It has a shuttle to Beale street! The rooms are beautiful. I love the fact they have plenty of dining options, places to grab a cocktail, bowling and plenty of shopping!

Very unique but not as advertised. The big elevator was out of service so we couldn’t not access the one of two restaurants. The bowling alley is nothing as pictures show on Expedia. We were all set to bowl with the kids even brought all of our bowling equipment but when we saw what the bowling was really like we did not bowl. It was so dark and dank but the pictures showed a fun clean aquarium atmosphere it was not! So the two things we came to do. We’re both not available or as described. The staff was also unapproachable at the front desk. Very long line and drawn out check in and unfriendly atmosphere. Warning don’t step into the bass pro shop you will get bombarded with time share salespeople so that also was disappointing. Lots of potential just not a pleasant stay

Accommodations were excellent. Very private and quiet behind the hotel doors. The custom outdoor and wildlife details of the construction were incredible. The room's balcony was awesome overlooking the store area. Would definitely consider future stay. Store and Lookout restaurant/elevator close at 7:00 PM on Sunday, store opens at 9:00 AM and elevator at 11:00 AM, so that was a bit of a bummer since we got there at 6:00 PM.
