The room was very clean except when we used the spa tub, a little bit of stuff came out of the jets. Staff was very friendly and polite. We thought the fireplace was for ambiance only because we could find a remote or switch for it and we did not eat breakfast.

We always enjoy the unique experience of staying at big cypress lodge. They are friendly and helpful. The shuttle is an amazing plus. The rooms are very nice. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is that the rooms are showing lots of wear and tear. They need a deep cleaning and need a maintenance re-fresh

The room is incredible but the staff are sub par. We weren’t informed about breakfast until it was too late and they were closed. We actually weren’t informed about much of anything besides how to use the elevator. The staff truly need to fix their attitude and be more forthcoming to the guests about the hotel amenities!
