The stay was terrible the room was cold with heater on 95 degress the hot water was like warm trash was by elavator when u made it there and was still there when i check out

First of all the stove would not come Friday morning i call front dest for someone to come up not one came i have to call a store owner i no he told me how to get it on. Nother to wash the dish with. The housekeeping didn't clean when i ask them. It was a stay that all.

Its okay

It was acceptable given the nightly rate. The only thing I didn’t like was. We discovered the room shower didn’t work. They refused to change rooms. My dad which has a rod in his back, had to bathe using the tub facet.

Towels were not clean. Needed to go downstairs to get more towels, but they were dirty as well. Also, the roomkeys were inoperable half the time, so it made getting into the room very frustrating.
