I wouldn't stay here again. Wouldnt let us check in 30 minutes early even though our room was available. Keys continuously stopped working. The breakfast was the same for a solid week. Runny eggs, undercooked biscuits, and sausage. Shower ceiling paint was chipping off. Mold in the bathtub. Hall smelled like weed. The hot tub is cold as they have waited 9 months for a part. Probably wouldn't have mattered since only 2 jets out of 9 were working. Staff didn't bother telling us the issues when we got the pool key. Both the tub and pool were in need of replastering. The "business office" consisted of some chairs and a tv tray. The A/C worked great. The location is convenient to I-40 and plenty of testaurants around.

Check in was fast and the room was very nice. Breakfast is better than other chains. They always take care of me when I stay here. Indoor pool is always available and very nice.

Room great spacious staff very friendly breakfast was good options with a great staff taking care of it. Nice pool area. There was no option for sitting and visiting the lobby is small and there is no outside areas to sit besides right at the front door. Very pet friendly!!

No shower, otherwise ok

The room itself was fine. The shower was broken. It was an accessible room (which I didn’t need, but it’s nice they have), but the shower had a valve that was just spinning so water didn’t come out. I had to make do with a water bottle and the sink. It was one of those hurry out the door early mornings. Staff suggested on check out that I should have told maintenance the night before when I hadn’t tried to shower yet or that they could put me in a different room for the next night even though I was checking out and there was no next night. They didn’t offer a refund of any portion or a real apology. It was annoying.

The property is very clean, modern and well kept. The staff was very courteous friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The pool area also offered a spa. It's also very close to a number of dining and shopping options. By the way Wolfchase Mall is very close, a short drive or a nice walk.
