Nothing spectacular. Property looked a bit worn. We got in late the night before and the next morning realized the bathroom hadnt been properly cleaned and dirty towels were hanging on the back of the door. Mattress cover wasnt all the way down and noticed matress was stained. Bed was hard. Vent in bathroom didn't work. Breakfast the next morning wasnt worth it. Juice machine and toaster were not working. For a place to sleep for one night it's ok. We have stayed at other La Quinta locations though that were much better and cleaner.

Pros: close to airport, comfy bed, secure parking, free breakfast (although the exact same hot food selection daily) and friendly staff. Cons: smell of hotel, poor condition of room (constant leaking bathtub, toilet running), and rooms not cleaned well.

The cleaning maids didn’t clean room or change sheet nor but any towels in bathroom. Front desk was very good taking care of it! Maids were criminals , they may of been illegals & act like they didn’t understand English.

Good hotel for quick stopover for access to Memphis airport. Convenient shuttle to and from terminal. Shuttle driver and all staff we encountered were helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was ok. Bed was comfortable. Mexican restaurant directly adjacent to hotel was a fair place to get a bite and a drink

The room was filthy and run down, light switches caked with dirt. Bedding and room had an overpowering smell of cleaner and chemicals that burned our noses and throats. Loud hallways and above. Arrived at midnight and could not sleep due to noise and smell Booked for 3 nights and checked out the next morning at 8 am and was charged an early check out fee of $69. STAY AWAY
