Downstairs has an open floor plan where living room, dining area, and kitchen are all easily accessible. Dining area includes table and chairs perfect for a family gathering or workspace and also includes barstools that overlook the kitchen. Full laundry room is also next to the kitchen. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Renasant Convention Center, Bass Pro Pyramid, and minutes from downtown. For safety and security, property includes two exterior cameras only. A doorbell camera that covers the front porch and a backdoor camera that covers the back porch.

Exactly as described and pictured. Very clean, all appliances are very nice and new or recently purchased. Extremely comfortable beds, great bedding and towels. The host was kind enough to supply toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner in both bathrooms, as well as kitchen supplies ( trash bags, dish & laundry detergent, etc). Host was very nice and quick to respond to a few questions we asked. Great safe neighborhood, very walkable to the bass pro shop, and short drive to Beale Street and Civil Rights Museum areas.
