Loved the setup and design of the hotel. But the hardware doesn't make up for the lack of software--the service. It seems the front desk staff were not too pleased to work there? Bed was very nice, but our keurig coffee maker was broken.

When I made my reservation for my room online, I didn’t realize that my room was not gonna have a view of the pool. I called and spoke with Taylor at the reservation desk and she said no problem I can upgrade you and we’ll get you on the north side so you’ll have a view of the pool! So far everything is going well I’m just sitting down to dinner right now!!

I liked that they had a movie every night. A peanut butter and jelly snack at 9 PM. And usually music every night at 7 PM several places to eat in the hotel, including a snack area for beverages and sandwiches.

The staff in the front was nice. The bar in the front was very nice but they need more bartenders. People wanted to hear live music and were being sent to the next bar without music. Need more staff for live music.

Paid a lot of money for the room and that in reality is no better than a Travel lodge or Premier inn in the UK and they still want to charge you for drinking the bottled water in the room and $60 dollars for breakfast for two !!!. Also same entertainment every night we was there. Save yourself a couple of hundred dollars a night and go across the Rd to Days inn,and just use the Guest house for the coffee shop in the Morning. P.s if you do go to cinema take a fur coat !!!. And I won't even go on to mention the terrible stomach bug I got after the first day there,which has lasted all week and I'm taking home. To sum up ,they are just exploiting the fans ,don't line the Scientologists pockets !!!!!.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Activities kept getting cancelled due to outside events, which was disappointing. Should offer free parking to guests that are staying at the hotel !!!! Once you see Graceland, which is worth the trip, there is not a lot of activities to do with a family.

The only negative about the Guesthouse is that it's too far from everything. Have to take an Uber/Lyft for some excitement elsewhere. Of course there's Graceland, but seen that already, nothing new about it.
