We had no issues with check-in instructions and since we had stayed at this property before we knew what we we getting. This is an older property with 2 bedrooms/2 baths and not significantly higher priced than staying in a hotel. Great choice!!!

This is an adorable, little house in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and this trip to Mena to visit relatives with my Mom was so much more pleasant with the options this VRBO property offered. Hopefully it'll be available the next time we're in Mena!

This is an older house in a residential area. Property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Plenty of towels and washcloths.

We had a great stay at a wonderful little houe in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities were better than expected. We felt very comfortable and safe, enjoying the chairs on the front porch for relaxing and conversations. If we get the opportunity, we will return and look up this property for our stay. There were some small areas that could use repair such as the wall crack near the light switch at the front door. Truly a great value, well kept, and all round a pleasant place to stay.
