A Duplex to feel at home with everything you need, surrounded by design and art. The distribution is on two levels, the independent entrance to the entrance hall invites you to enjoy selected paintings to create a warm atmosphere. The first staircase is ascending and gives access to a mezzanine. There is the work area, accessing a door that connects with the living room equipped with air conditioning, a single divan bed for an adult and a child, a small coat rack and a very comfortable individual design armchair, followed by a table with 5 chairs and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric jug and the necessary equipment for 3 adults and 2 children.

The second staircase is descending and gives access to a hall where there is a small closet with drawers and hanging space and access to the en-suite room with a full bathroom.

The room is located on a low level that allows it to generate a very cool atmosphere in the summer, the bedroom window has 3 panels with beveled glass and wooden blinds overlooking a small private patio, which provides natural light and freshness. by means of the cross ventilation that is generated with the window that is in the entrance hall to the room.

The bedroom is equipped for 2 or 3 people, it has an extra comfort double bed* with the possibility of adding, at an extra cost, another single bed when requested. It has a 43” Smart TV, a ceiling fan, a pair of beautiful leather-plated nightstands, with a nightstand ideal for nighttime reading, very well lit, and finally it has a small, very comfortable designer armchair of a body.

Parking is located on the property and is covered for a vehicle that does not exceed 1.85 in height. There is also exclusive access for guests on the sidewalk to park very close to the door of the apartment.
