Beautiful two bedroom , two bathroom and a den home. Located on hill with no neighbors behind. This is a gated community with a pool and clubhouse with in walking distance. Located right off Newport road in menifee it is close to shopping and restaurants . We do have a 90 night minimum to cooperate with the HOA . This is peaceful and quiet neighborhood !! The registered guest must be over 55 or over .
