Large living kitchen fully equipped 60 m2 opening onto large hanging terrace with table for 8 and its garden.
In the ground floor, 4 bedrooms each open on another terrace with deck, 2 master bedrooms with shower and 2 double bedrooms. A separate bathroom and 2 toilets.
For a stay with family or friends, this home offers a wide range of dynamic holiday, relaxing or discovered thanks to the proximity of the town of Barcelonnette rich history.
This house is ideally suited for those who want to enjoy the peace and relaxation or for sport, this is the starting point for many activities such as hiking, rafting and river sports, the GR 56 is in front of the house . It is also an area very popular with cyclists who come face 7 passes (the cayolle, vars, the windscreen among others). Taking the car, you can enjoy horse riding, karting, gliding, golfing, fishing or swimming in lakes around the Lauzet or Jausier.
In winter you can go snowshoeing from home or from skiing in Sauze, Pra loup, la Condamine.
