Premières vacances réussies!

C’était notre premier voyage avec notre fils de 16 mois et tout s’est passé à merveille! L’appartement est grand et très fonctionnel et la terrasse très appréciable. Les chambres étant à l’opposé du salon et de la terrasse, nous pouvions dîner le soir sans crainte de réveiller notre fils. L’appartement est très bien situé et surtout au calme et sans vis-à-vis. Il y a même des jeux pour enfants à 2 pas et la plage n’est vraiment pas loin. Il y a même du matériel pour aller à la plage (seau, ballon, bouée…) Il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner ce qui nous a bien aider pour les repas de bébé. Nous avions une voiture ce qui nous a permis de nous balader sur des plages magnifiques à moins de 20 min. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins et a vraiment à cœur de nous faire passer le meilleur séjour possible. Toujours disponible, il répond extrêmement rapidement et cherche toujours une solution. Vraiment des premières vacances réussies! Merci!

Très bonne semaine à Coves Noves

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Très lumineux, très bien agencé, très belle vue sur les pins et la mer au loin depuis la terrasse. Le club de tennis avec la piscine et le restaurant est vraiment très agréable et le personnel adorable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Le propriétaire est très agréable et nous avait envoyé plein de conseils utiles sur Minorque, encore merci! Le seul bémol serait que peut être le matelas du lit deux places est un peu mou. En tout cas pour des gens qui préférent les matelas fermes.

appartement parfait pour des vacances réussies !!

Depuis la réservation jusqu'au moment où nous avons quitté l'appartement, tout a été parfait ! Mr Brissaud, le propriétaire, est très disponible pour la moindre question et son appartement est conçu pour que le voyageur s'y sente "comme à la maison". Tout le nécessaire y est présent, et même au delà: serviettes de toilette en abondance, cuisine plus que complète, jeux de société, etc... La clim est présente dans les 2 chambres et dans le séjour: nous l'avons peu utilisée, mais elle fonctionne parfaitement. Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain qui comporte une grande douche. La deuxième chambre est certes petite, mais comporte une armoire et une table de chevet pour un rangement suffisant. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier de logements touristiques, mais proche de la campagne. L'accessibilité au tennis club, en tant que "guest" de Mr Brissaud,est un énorme avantage: piscine et terrains de sport (tennis, padel, foot,... ) sont à votre disposition ! L'ile de Minorque est petite, et très accueillante pour qui aime la nature et le calme: amateurs de grandes stations balnéaires sur-animées, fuyez et vous préserverez ainsi ce petit bijou !!

Très bon séjour

Bel appartement conforme aux photos idéalement situe sur l ile de minorque pour pouvoir circuler sur les différents centres d interet. L appartement est très bien équipé, lumineux avec une très belle terrasse sans vis à vis et situé dans un endroit calme mais tout de même proche des commodites. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants et c est un réel plus. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour un séjour de qualité sur minorque

Agréable lieu de villégiature

Appartement confortable, bien équipé et très agréable, baigné par le soleil du matin. Terrasse relaxante donnant sur un petit îlot boisé peuplé d'oiseaux. Toutes les commodités sont proches. Un bémol cependant : les appartements de la résidence sont très sonores et si les voisins sont bruyants, cela peut-être très gênant.

Appartement confortable et lumineux

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Jean Marie. L'appartement est très lumineux et au calme. L'exposition sud est de la terrasse était parfaite. La plage d'arenal d'en Castell est à 10 mn à pied. Et autour à 10mn en voiture nous avons découvert de très belles plages.
