Beautiful, clean, well maintained in a very central area. Gated complex and unit had two large bedrooms (one with an ensuite) both with king beds, tv's in both rooms, access to laundry, parking was available and pool was right outside our door. On a quiet street but still walkable to grocery stores (Walmart 10mins), great restaurants and main drag. Carlos, our host was helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a central location.

Our Merida stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Caseiba , peaceful stays.The property manager and his family were lovely and very attentive to our needs. The property and pool was beautiful. Location was great you could access anything you needed within walking distance.My only critique would be that the kitchen is very under stocked in terms of cooking needs, a four place setting of cutlery and dishes is not enough for a family of three. I would also suggest you bring extra Kitchen linens

Excellent property

Carlos the property manager is very accomodating and friendly. Property is very clean, close to restaurants, bars and stores. Will definatly stay next time we are in Merida.
