Reception was very friendly and accommodating. Helped store luggage and facilitate laundry. Rooms may benefit from spot cleaning as found previous guests’ items, etc.. Area was very pleasant with cafés, restaurants, and convenience store with walkable distances.

Terrible customer service

It was so sad, after a few trips to Merida and to this hotel, my experience was bad. A lot of noise, uncomfortable pillows, customer service was terrible, there was a gut at front desk with no experience, zero customer service, so sad for the hotel, this was my last stay there...

En general todo muy bien, solamente urge mantenimiento a la regadera. A pesar de ser muy grande, salía muy poca agua por tener los orificios tapados. Otro punto es que a veces no hay personal en el lobby donde te registras

The location was fantastic - close to many great restaurants. Room service was good but the amenities were limited. The lobby didn't have adequate or private seating. There were some issues with water pressure in the upstairs rooms and some renovation noise but I think this will result in a new outdoor patio and adjacent bar.

ESTACIONAMIENTO EN CALLE TRASERA Y SIN AYUDA.

El estacionamiento está en la calle de atrás, no hay ayuda de botones para el acarreo de maletas, lo cual la llegada es un poco tediosa, más si vas con familiares de edad adulta o niños/bebés será cansado porque todo lo tienes que hacer tú. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño y el hotel está en una linda zona.
