Nuestra experiencia en Casa Nova Mérida fue excelente. Desde el primer momento la atención del personal fue muy amable y siempre estuvieron pendientes de que todo estuviera bien. La limpieza impecable, todos los días hacían las camas y mantenían la habitación en perfecto orden. El desayuno, muy rico . La ubicación es otro gran punto a favor: en pleno centro, lo que facilita recorrer la ciudad caminando y tener todo a la mano. Sin duda es un lugar al que volveríamos, muy recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad, buena atención y una estancia agradable en Mérida.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The room was very clean, the bed and sheets were comfortable and smelled fresh, the pool was a great option, and the staff was very friendly. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room, robes, and toothbrush! We will be back here for sure! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice hotel at a good price

My wife and I travel on a budget. We look for location, safety, and cleanliness, and Casa Nova offers all of that at a good price. In addition, the front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. This is our second stay here, and this time we added a few days to our stay. We will stay here again the next time we are in Merida.

Habitación con cucarachas. Son inseguras, intentaron entrar a nuestro cuarto a la media noche y nadie nos resolvió a pesar que reportamos más de una vez. Toallas en mal estado, manchadas y rotas. Ropa de cama en mal estado y las fotos del hotel están pixeleadas. No es lo que ofertan en su producto.

Habitaciones inseguras. Nos golpearon la ventana y la puerta en la media noche. Intentaron entrar por la fuerza.

Chapas inseguras, poco faltó para que nos tumbaran la puerta. Menos mal que pusimos seguro por dentro.

Pedí facturación y no me han respondido, en ese sentido la recepción tiene una pésima atención y se molestan si no les das propina diaria. Los baños tienen moho y todo lo medio limpian diario. El desayuno está bien, el servicio es bueno, pero la limpieza de las mesas y sillas es pésima. Los tours están carísimos en el hotel, mi puerta dejó de cerrar bien a inicios de mi hospedaje. Mucho ruido por las noches, ya sea de fiesta del centro, lugares próximos o por mantenimiento entre comillas del hotel. La luz de su pasillo en la noche no me dejó dormir. No pude dormir bien en toda mi estadía. Si está cerca de buenos lugares, muy céntrico y en ese sentido padrísimo
