El. Hotel que cumple con lo requerido, sin altas expectativas. Detalles que no evitan tener una estancia placentera. Excelente ubicacion. Mostrar mas interes en mtto del edificio. Ella. Hotel con sus virtudes y desperfectos. Minisplit enfriaba muy bien, solo hacia un ruido como Clack! cada determinado tiempo. Regadera de baño, tiraba el agua hacia el "area seca". Temperatura del agua muy bien. Secadora de pelo y plancha, se tenian que solicitar a recepción y recogerla uno mismo. Telefono no funcionaba, para llamar a recepcion habia que usar nuestro telefono. Lampara de buro fuera de servicio. Television en veces dejaban de verse los canales. Alberca cerrada un dia, como que le faltaba mas limpieza. Limpieza de cuartos, en veces no se llevaban la basura como botellas de basura y/o vaciar bote de basura. Buena ubicación, bien en general.

Photos exaggerate style and elegance which are lacking- at least in the reception, the bedroom we had. The first bedroom was a dump and we were moved to a better but basic bedroom. Front desk staff speak Spanish and do not try too hard to communicate. There is free hotel car parking around the corner so ask for it. The parking attendant is helpful. Small swimming pool is ok. FYI: Merida and Yucatán Peninsula is no longer inexpensive. Top dollar is being charged for very mediocre accommodation and food. most cenotes are now over-visited. About my 5th visit to Yucatán but unlikely to return.

Everything was ok until check out.. i stayed for at least a week and the final day of stay they overcharged late check out feee.. for 30min late after check out time, 12 pm. The customer service is non existence , the cleaning staff is great and the facilities are good. They never tell you upfront they will charge for 30 min late check out.. For sure never go back to this place

Super nice staff. Room was clean. Plumbing was less than expected (shower & toilet) great location. AC just ok, room amenities underwhelming. That said the price was super low and as such the room was a great value

Our stay in the " Maison del Embajador".

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were always willing to help, offering advice about our stay and even storing our baggage when we needed extra time before check-in. The hotel itself is a very pleasant place to stay, with a beautiful garden and a great location.

Decent place, a little dated but clean. WiFi didn't work at all. Rooms have option to connect to adjoining room, which meant that there was no soundproofing between rooms. Very pleasant staff.

Perfecto para llegar a dormir. Esta super bien ubicado a unas calles de la catedral. Todo queda super cerca y tiene bastantes opciones de comida y bares. El aire acondicionado servia muy bn, wifi no lo usamos para trabajar pero sirvio bn en dispositivos moviles, la ducha tiene buena presion de agua, tarda un poquito para calentar pero sale bien. No usamos el estacionamiento ya que uber llega a la entrada del hotel. El servicio excelente, volveríamos a usarlo.

We booked 3 rooms 2 were very nice the 3rd was small with a small window with little ventilation. There was also a problem with the hot water. Unfortunately our friends in that room didn't ask to be moved.
