I didnt stay here. They refused a refund i had a family emergency and they didnt care to understand i wasnt going to be there. I wouldnt suggest anyone stay here if you fancy keeping your moneys worth.

Checkin was quick and easy. The elevator floor needs work. The room did not have any facial tissue and only a tiny roll of toilet paper that ran out. The top two drawers of the TV cabinet kept coming open for no reason. The floor was ok but there shouldn’t be any carpet at all in the room. People have too many allergies.

Our room was disgusting, found thong underwear hanging on the handle of the back of the bathroom door, there was a lot of long black hair on the floor around the toilet, the toilet wasn’t clean, all of the hard flooring was super sticky. We wiped everything down with Clorox wipes and called it a night since we only had about 5 hours from arrival to departure. Breakfast wasn’t good and the hotel, overall, was not good. You can tell they’ve done some upgrading, but I’d never recommend staying

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at hotel. One room had no bed sheets on 1 bed on the other had urine soaked sheets or some bodily fluid that was brown on it. no toilet paper, no shampoo, no conditioner no towels no soap. The outlets did not work in the bathroom no lightbulbs in the lamps. The vent in the bathroom was falling out of the wall. The mattresses and pillow were lumpy and one pillow felt like had a hard dead animal inside. We had to sleep in our clothes as we feared to lay on the sheets with just pajamas on and what type of bugs and diseases that was on the worn out sheets. The lobby smelled like marijuana and the clerk was rude and very put out when we asked for towels. I would respectfully request a refund.

Breakfast was nearly empty @7am. The front desk person was sitting in the lobby listening to guests complain about nothing being restocked and still did nothing. There was also the smell of mildew, mold, and cigarettes throughout the hotel.
