La Casa del Lago

A lovely sun filled 70's style home with 3 large bedrooms, ensuite and main bathroom with a separate toilet on the top level. On the lower level, you will find a spacious 4th bedroom that sleeps 4 as well as a TV and plenty of games and books - a perfect hide away for the kids, plus a handy extra bathroom for those sandy feet.

The cosy living area has beautiful raked timber ceilings and views from every window with amazing views of the bush and the lake. A 1 minute walk will find you at the lakes edge, and just a 5 minutes along the boardwalk into lovely village of Merimbula or 7 minutes to Sunnies coffee shop. The kitchen area has a massive timber table perfect for large families or why not have a BBQ on the massive deck sit back and enjoy the beautiful views.
This lovely home is in a walk any where location and is perfect for 2/3 families, why not bring your pooch along as well.

The house was perfect for our family, plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our weekend away. The location was also perfect, so close to the boardwalk, not for from Sunny kiosk for a coffee or a short walk to Fish Pen for the beach, coffee etc. The house is spacious, clean, with lovely personal touches. If you are staying with kids there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space both inside and out. We will be back.
