Penthouse was very spacious with great views

Pros: Clean, well equiped, easy checkin and checkout, spacious, great view.
Cons: Some plumbing fittings need replacing, maintanence.
Location: Wonderful seafood experiences. Wharf restuarant at Merimbula excellent food and service.Wheelers restuarant good food but mains took around 90 mins.
Large and well equipped penthouse suite conveniently located to beach and shopping area. Covered parking. Quiet hotel with a great sweeping view of the estuary from the penthouse suite. Enjoyed super fresh seafood throughout the Sapphire Coast area.

Pros: Penthouse was spacious.
Cons: Swimming pool was advertised as solar heated but it was absouletly freezing and too cold to swim in.
Location: Accessible
Facilities: Modest; Value: Acceptable price; Service: Basic, Helpful; Cleanliness: Pleasant; View was very disappointing. Advertised as best in Merimbula. Our view was on the side of the building overlooking the airport.
