The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave.

The lounge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television.

The heating in the gite is by Wood Pellet Stove in the lounge. Wood Pellets are not included in the nightly price and are available for an additional charge of 6 euros for a bag if required. Paid directly to the owner upon delivery.

From the lounge you can access the balcony which has lovely views of the countryside.

- There are Electric Vehicle Charging Stations located in Giat, Crocq & Aubusson. Guests with Electric Vehicles are NOT ALLOWED to charge their vehicles from the Gite.

Merinchal is 2.6 kilometres from the property and has a self service fuel station, mini market, pharmacy, post office, butchers & a small restaurant/ tabac.
