Very disappointed

The property was old and tired. It was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The minimal staff were friendly. However, people who appeared to be long term residents were always out in front just outside under the overhang smoking and drinking and so we were always walking through a cloud of smoke. This was both when we arrived and when we left the next morning. The morning breakfast was so terrible, I walked next door to Kwik Trip and got breakfast sandwiches and coffee from there. We won’t be back next year when we go through Merrill on our way up north!!

This place was run down and filthy. Our door didn’t even latch so all our personal items were unsecured when we left the room. Lady at desk was rude. Bathroom was gross. Sketchy people. Felt very unsafe. No locking door I a huge problem! Do better or lower your prices

The overall condition was horrible. The room smelled, there were holes everywhere, it was very dirty. The recliner had cigarette burns in it the sofa looked gross. It was noisy. The pool was not open and only told at check in. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Also it cost me $155 for this horrible experience

Property was done for an overnight stay with dog. Reasonable dog fee. Property condition was consistent with expectations for a lower-cost hotel. Front desk attendant went above and beyond to be pleasant, helpful and accommodating.

Dirty room, nice front desk help!

When we arrived we found out that the pool was out of order, so our girls were pretty upset. Our room was filthy. The floors needed to be mopped and the shower curtain was moldy on the bottom. The room smelled musty, and once I started the shower I noticed that the shoeer head was also very moldy. I spoke with the front desk, who was very nice and responsive. She had hpisekeeping visit the room to mop floors ans change oit the curtain. On a beyyer note, the beds were comfortable, and the sheets smelled clean.

Mediocre but a place to sleep

It was a place to sleep. The pool and hot tub were both out of order. Issues with the key card maker. The employees all sat out front and smoked. No one was ever always behind the counter or close by. Room was ok… bed was comfy. Could be cleaner, dusty and burnt out bulbs in room.

Staff at check in taled to herself and axted like she qas on drugs. Talked about doing sexual favors to recieve things. The pool and hot tub was closed by the health department. Signs posted on the doors.
