I didn't need to use the gym but I was prepared for the pool The pool for the second time I've stayed there has been down which is one of the reasons I picked this room was for the pool. The stay was horrible they tried to force my family to stay and pay more days than was originally stated, paid for 1 day but management was trying to get me to pay seven not goid, then they put us in a toom infested with bed bugs, and some stink bugs all over the room, aldo it was cokd the heat didn't work, the front staff had attitudes and didn't act like they wanted my family to stay they also put us out on the street and didn't care that the weather was cold and windy, bad management especially employees Jakiya and Diamond at the front may Gid have mercy on them for the way they treat people.
