Das Positive vorweg:Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv ist uns aufgefallen, dass in Küche und Bad wirklich an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht wurde – die Ausstattung lässt hier keine Wünsche offen.Das Negative:Leider fängt das Problem schon vor der Wohnungstür an. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr alt und teilweise defekt, und auch das gesamte Umfeld hat uns ein extremes Unbehagen vermittelt. Beim Betreten der Wohnung schlug uns zudem ein unangenehmer, muffiger Geruch entgegen, der stark nach altem Nikotin roch.Fazit:Aufgrund des ungemütlichen Umfelds und des Geruchs in den Räumen würden wir die Unterkunft kein zweites Mal buchen.

L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et nous avons apprécié toutes les attentions que ce soit la décoration pour les fêtes de Noël ou un petit paquet de bonbons sur l'oreiller de chaque invité. Je recommande vivement ce logement.Equipement très complet, spacieux, quartier calme et pratique d'accès. Merseburg est une jolie ville, son histoire est riche et nécessite d'être connue.

Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber, groß mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einfachen Verbrauchsmaterialien (Spüli, Salz und Peffer, Küchenrolle, Geschirrspültaps, Toilettenpapier und einiges mehr) versehen. Im Haus wohnen viele Familien. Vom fürsorglichen Vermieter gab es viele Tipps für Ausflüge und aktuelle Führungen und Events.Das Schwimmbad ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sehenswert in Merseburg war der Dom, das Schloss, das Chemi-Museum für die Erwachsenen, der Südpark mit den Tieren und der Gottardteich.Den Kindern hat die Rabenjagt durch die Altstadt sehr viel Spaß gemacht.
