The overall property and the staff was great. However the beds were slightly uncomfortable. It was clean and tidy. It would have been great to have a laundry facility but it seems not to be a standard in Germany. Overall value for money.

Schade, grosse Nachteile wegen Hund

Schade. Bei Übernachtung mit Hund bekommt man nur die alten und abgewohnten Zimmer. Der Hund kostet aber 15€ pro Tag. In diesem Trakt stinkt es am Gang sehr nach Kloake. Hygiene und Servicepauschale wird erhoben. Hierbei ist nur fraglich für was. Eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung gibt es wegen Corona nicht.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles war sauber. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Leider fehlte morgens eine Zange, um die Brötchen aus dem Korb zu nehmen. Fand ich unhygienisch. Wurde sofort nachgelegt, fehlte am 2. Morgen jedoch wieder. Sehr angenehm: ausreichend viele, kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel.

Das Hotel wirkt eigentlich auf den ersten Blick sehr schön und modern, vorallem die Fotos im Internet sehen sehr schön aus. Unser Familienzimmer jedoch war altmodisch eingerichtet, sehr abgewohnt und vorallem der PVC- Boden war furchtbar. Der Innenhof des Hotels ist mit einem Teich und bequemen Sitzecken hübsch hergerichtet, der hintere Bereich bei den Appartements sieht hingegen verwildert unser ungepflegt aus. Das sollte anders sein. Man fühlt sich dort richtig abgeschoben. Das Frühstücksbüffet war klasse. Die Gebühr von 15€ pro Tag für unseren kleinen Hund fand ich ziemlich überzogen, denn das Hotel tut ja nichts für das Haustier außer das normale Zimmerreinigen.
