The space
New 2024 pool and terrace 360m2.
The Manor (300m2) is pure Norman style timbered with 2 floors, with 5x Double rooms including 2 master suites (>30m2) with a dining room (100m2), 3x Private Large Bathroom, Charcoal Barbecue, and a monumental fireplace to accommodate 26x guests.

A 1-hectare park surrounds the area of the manor with land for horses.

Upstairs all the rooms are timbered and the bathrooms of the 2 Master family bedroom suites + 2 Master bedrooms are convenient and comfortable to accommodate 12x people.
Ground floor, 1 master Bedroom+ 1 detach bathroom and common area (100m2) 3x queen bed convertible and 1x sofabed and comfortable to accommodate 14x people.
Each bed with linen and duvet + Hand towel and hangers.
We have extra linens at your disposal on request.

A 12x5m pool is at your disposal with water heating for your comfort.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, and microwave.
1 barbecue is available near the kitchen to spend an amazing lunch or dinner with friends.
Recreation: Tree swing + table tennis +baby+ 4 adult bicycles, 1 kid bicycle.
A large glass table in the living room can accommodate 14 people with its service round table for 12 people so 26x people at the diner!

At night, the pool light and the house light all these lights.

Beyond 8x people, each guest will have to pay a fee of 65 E/day per person on the invoice.
You can have a French breakfast with baguette, local jam, local honey and croissant for €25 per person.
You can also enjoy the host table on reservation.

The manor is located in Beaumont near the forest Roger, one of the largest private estates in Europe. The hiking trail GR 224 passes the first area with access privileges to go for a ride on horseback in the forest. The Risle is near the property as well as the Normandie, River 1st category.

Located 15 minutes from the Bernay railway station (direction - Caen Paris).

Access to the heated pool, tennis court (on request Bernay), the games room (outdoor ping pong table, 4 adult bicycles, 2 kids bicycles, and outdoor games ...).
