This property sits at the 150-yard mark of the 18th hole of the Oasis Course, featuring 170-yard long pond with the north end abutting the green. The balcony extends the length of the house with very comfortable furniture. The house is more spacious than most Mesquite homes, air conditioners, a 2-car garage and blinds. The property boasts over 14 large, mature, palm trees. It's well equipped with washer/dryer, large fridge, a wet bar downstairs w mini fridge, and two large screen TVs. Wildlife abounds.

Great house!

Spent 8 nights here for a golf getaway. The house is nicer than the photos show. Lots of room for all of us and our dogs. Nice to sit on the deck and watch the golfers and enjoy the Mountain View.
