Enjoy over 1,650 square feet of single-level living with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private 2-car garage, and access to two pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and pickleball courts. Whether you're planning a golf getaway, family vacation, couples retreat, or an extended stay, you'll find everything you need to relax in comfort.

Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen with service for eight, a breakfast bar, and a dining area, making it easy to enjoy meals together. The spacious family room offers comfortable seating, a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests, and entertainment including three flat-screen TVs with DirecTV, DVD and CD players, plus complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

After a day on the golf course, exploring Mesquite, or relaxing by the pool, unwind in the primary suite featuring dual sinks, a separate shower, and a luxurious jetted soaking tub.

Every villa also includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, a private BBQ grill, and outdoor patio seating on either a balcony or private backyard.

Guests enjoy access to our peaceful community pool and hot tub, as well as the larger Mesquite Vistas clubhouse featuring an additional pool, hot tub, fitness center, pickleball courts, and other resort amenities.
