I’ve spent a lot of nights in less than 5 star hotels. Shabby and clean is one thing. Shabby and… not clean? How do you get a filthy cord on the wall hung hair drier? Go elsewhere.

The room we stayed in the chair was broken. The soap dispenser in the shows had black mold around it. The bathroom had no ventilation to suck up the smell or steam. One trash can in the whole room and the lighting was horrible. The tv was small and the channels didn’t come in clear.

Poor customer service.

Stay was fine, until checkout. I had to leave a day early because of a family emergency. When I tried to get a refund for the 1 day, they refused and told me I had to get my refund from hotels.com.
