The house is equipped with radiators, air conditioning, internet, WI-FI, Smart TV, iron and ironing board, drying rack, washing machine, dishwasher. It is located 20 meters from the tram stop (Provincial) and a few hundred meters from the Shuttle stop that connects Giampilieri to Torre Faro, allowing you to reach the most beautiful seaside areas, it is close to the Polyclinic which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or with the tram. The apartment is located in a period building and in a family context, located on the second floor without a lift, and has been renovated respecting as much as possible the structural characteristics of the construction period. The area where the house is located is full of shops, bars, rotisseries, pizzerias, cafés, supermarkets, fish / fruit and vegetable market, bakeries, butchers etc ...
