Very welcoming hosts and helpful in every way. It was very neat and clean everywhere. Nice breakfast and good parking in a closed area. There are many cars everywhere in Messina and parking on the streets which resulted in narrow roads around the hotel. Located close to the water and we had a view over the strait to the mainland. Giovanni & Paula went beyond service being our taxi when we were clueless on how to get one. Room was clean and comfortable and they put out a welcome breakfast spread. Location for us was out of way but that was on me.
