Spread over two levels, the house comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and is designed for a stay focused on comfort and well-being.

First Floor:

The property is fully air-conditioned for year-round comfort and offers free, unlimited Wi-Fi. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house through a private entrance. One of our staff members will personally welcome you at check-in, providing all the information you need for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid ID and pay the tourist tax, which is €2.50 per person per night (from April to October; children under 18 are exempt).

The house is located along a picturesque stairway leading to the beach. While no private parking is available, you can find paid street parking nearby.

As a bonus, the property owners also run the adjacent “Golden Beach” lido, where you can enjoy the sun, swim in crystal-clear waters, and savor traditional local dishes at the seaside restaurant.
