Het verblijf ligt in de binnenstad van Meta.Slechts door zeer smalle straatjes bereikbaar.Heeft een eigen, omheinde parkeerplek in de tuin.Grappig om in een stadstuin te verblijven.De tuin mag wel eens vanwege afgevallen blad geveegd worden.Het bestek, keukengerei en glaswerk is zeer minimaal aanwezig.Met een paar kleine ingrepen is het aangebodene sterk op te waarderen.Nu is alles in een erg matige staatPhilip
