Paid $140 for the night, already taken out of account. Got here and pool not working and they then charge another $150 to my credit card for essentials. Go to desk to ask for change for the vending machines and told they were not working either. The “blanket” on the bed was just a heavier sheet and pillows were just as thin.

The lady at the desk was rude and ran my card, before getting approval for charging a 150$ holding which no other hotel has ever changed when I booked in line. There was no other guests. You book online and then they want to add charges when you arrive. Not somewhere I would ever want to stay. Looks like a run down hotel.

Am handicap can’t walk at all the phone wasn’t working in case of an emergency, the sheets were dirty and the bathroom wow complete mess the tube was like it was never clean when I went downstairs in my scooter the give me an sponge and Clorox for me to clean up For them, they have balls

We didn't know anything cause they didn't tell us much never got Internet cause no password and didn't know the breakfast times. Bathroom clean but floor gets slippery when wet. Found live and dead Roach. AC was working good.

Didn't like the out of order soda machine. The terrible tv reception and I have never had to pay a $150.00 security damage fee ( even though I will have that put back on my card ) I paid in advance for the room.What would I have done if upon my arrival I did not have the $150.00 fee? Fine for what I needed.

On a business workshop that was costly so was willing to not be top of line with my hotel as it was close to where I needed to be. Staff was friendly and helpful. Obvious the hotel is an older one. The tape covering signs and room numbers was tacky but my room was clean as was the bathroom. The one time I did not bring a blow dryer the one in my room didn’t work. But it served my choice in not staying at an expensive hotel where I was basically only there to sleep and shower.
