Family vacation

The property was clean and it had everything we needed. The comunicación with the management was great and we had no issues with anything at all. I have stayed at other property’s in Mexicali, from now on I will be staying here for sure. The only suggestion was to put blinds in the bedrooms because the light doesn’t allow you to sleep in:) Other than that I strongly recommend this place.

Everything in the room was dirty the bed was the only one that was pleasant. I’ve never been in such a dirty room!!! No one ever came to the room to offer clean linen including towels I had to use the same one for the duration of my stay. I spilled water on the floor and wiped it with a paper towel and there was marks of how dirty the floor was. I couldn’t iron my clothes because the ironing board was to dirty. The entrance door to the room was slightly open at the bottom. My stay was the WORST STAY ever. The advertising said breakfast was to be served and when I got there the sign said NO BREAKFAST been served. The ppl on the above floor were noisy after 10 pm.

Bed was small and not comfortable also ac won’t keep up with 90 degree outside temperature the inside was like 80 degrees with ac on all day overall the stay was ok (property was new and clean)
