The reception staff at the lobby in the mornings or the morning shift are so useless and rude. The ladies working there treat people like they are tired and they don’t want to deal with them. Asking a question and getting just “NO” as an answer without giving any other options.

The room is basic, cleanliness could improve as we had a few stains on things around the room. However, cleaning staff were so friendly and always helped when asked. One thing that needs to be looked at in my opinion is that the wifi was really bad for most of our stay, it would cut out all the time and not work. Other than that it was a good stay and would stay again.
