It’s really pretty in therms of aesthetic but, the water overflows the shower and goes directly into the room, I couldn’t shower properly because of this. Also only the cold water pipe worked. Everything else was fine, the food in the hotel’s restaurant is good.

La cama parece una tabla de lo dura Y ultimo y lo peor tiene bote de agua el lavamanos. Horrible customer service when checking in and when attempting to get assistance from hotel staff. Very dismissive. Had a hard time taking a shower the first day since there was no cold water, I had to leave 3 days early and booked another hotel. Terrible experience.

The staff was great, the restaurant on the 4th level was also great! My complaint has to do with the room and bathroom situation. The shower has no protection against the water pouring out all over the bathroom floor. There is also no AC which can be problematic. The hotel also is not in the best area and there’s not a lot to do in the neighborhood. Other than that the experience was fine, I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff!
