The location is truly incredible and offers great value for the price. The beds were comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. Room service and towel changes were available, but you had to request them, and service could be a bit slow. For example, the AC in my room didn’t work and was never repaired (fortunately, the weather was mild so it wasn’t a major issue). Overall, the location is a major highlight, but the service was adequate rather than outstanding.

Wonderful stay in Roma Norte. Everything was as expected for the price. The room was very spacious and overall very clean. The area the hotel is in is quite central, but it is at the fringe of the Roma Norte area - however the area is still wonderful. I will also note that the area it is in is very busy and can be a bit noisy if you're a light sleeper.

Our group of 7 enjoyed our stay and comfortably fit with the three bedrooms. It was a bit loud as some other reviews mentioned with the street noise and thin walls, but we were prepared with ear plugs so it wasn’t too bad. The location was very central so we were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. Would recommend the matcha place downstairs!

This apartment was really great. It was spotlessly clean and very big, every room had its own balcony, the beds were comfortable, and there were lots of amenities. Clean and well stocked bathrooms. It was perfect for our group of 4 friends. The staff here is also so lovely. The neighborhood was perfect for a first time CDMX visit. Everything was walkable, it was safe and in the heart of the action. The only small issue was noise from the street. The building is in the middle of a few busy intersections, and there was some noise from traffic late at night and early in the morning.
